GCC Studio and Two-Bedroom Apartments. We currently do not have any studio size or two bedroom apartments available. GCC Apartments do come available periodically and will be immediately advertised on this website. Application rules are noted below. GCC apartments are located on the second floor of the Charlson Building. All apartments in the building were completely new one year ago. The apartments have a washer/dryer within the unit. Rent includes cable, internet and water. Rent: Monthly rents vary per apartment based on varying size and location.

Application

Written applications request references, recent rental history, and a satisfactory credit history. All applications must be accompanied by a check for an application fee equal to one month's rent. An application will not be considered complete without the application fee attached. Fees are refundable if your application is not selected.
