The City of Story City
The City of Story City works closely with the Economic Development Corporation, Historical Society, and the Greater Chamber in maintaining a community that is economically prosperous and offers a wonderful place to live, work, and visit. A strong ethic in historic preservation and a City Council that welcomes input from businesses and residents help ensure a strong quality of life. Story City has a full-time City Administrator with an elected City Council and Mayor.
